The AnthroWeb privacy notice for project inquiries.
This notice explains what AnthroWeb receives when you contact us through the website and how that information is used.
Information you provide
When you submit a project request, AnthroWeb requires your name, email address, project type, project details, and permission to use those details to respond. Business or organization, phone number, timeline, and estimated budget are optional.
How the information is used
AnthroWeb uses submitted information to review your request, respond to you, determine whether the project is a strong fit, prepare a potential scope, and continue conversations you ask us to have.
Form delivery
Project form submissions are processed by FormSubmit so the details can be delivered to AnthroWeb by email. FormSubmit acts as a service provider for that delivery process.
Review the FormSubmit privacy information (opens in a new tab).
Sharing and selling
AnthroWeb does not sell the personal information submitted through the project form. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website, deliver the inquiry, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention and security
Inquiry information may be retained in business email and project records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the potential relationship, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact AnthroWeb to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to any records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
